February 2nd the BA crew will return to one of Ottawa's greatest venues, Zaphod Beeblebrox for a more intimate show.
As always there will be several artists showcasing their talents with work representing the mediums of drawing, paintings, sculpture and photography.
Musically, patrons can look forward to three of Ottawa's most talented up-and-comers. Eugene and Eugenics are a quartet who promise a unique experience and, in their own words, NO GUITARS! Noah Moses takes a break from his band The Hot Tones and brings his own style of alternative folk rock to the stage. Closing the show will be singer/songwriter Courtney Thorman, who is well-known to Basement Artists fans and who's star is on the rise in 2011. If you haven't seen her perform before, now's your chance.
The show starts at 8 PM until 11 PM. Tickets are $8 in advance and now available through the artists and performers, or at The Record Shaap, 209 Gilmour St. Tickets are also available at the door for $10. Ages 19 or over.
Make the journey and see what everyone is talking about. Support local artists!
