Ottawa Multiple Sclerosis Bike Tour

The Annual MS Bike tour is set for the weekend of August 10-11. This unique
two-day bike tour is a fundraiser for the MS Society of Ottawa-Carleton.
This is an event for all ages and cycling abilities.
This two-day tour begins and ends at Carleton University. The first
day follows an 85 km route up to Kemptville Agricultural College for
an overnight stay (accommodation is either camping or stay in a room
at the College). There is an extra 35 km loop on the first day for enthusiastic
cyclists. The next day we cycle a 65 km route back to Carleton University.
In order to participate you have to register and raise a minimum of
$150 in pledges.
The two-day tour includes all meals, snacks and refreshments including
breakfast both days, first aid and checkpoints every 15-20 km., expert
bike support en route to fix minor repairs, well-marked, safe routes,
BBQ lunch on the Saturday, massage therapists at Carleton on Sunday
and very cool prizes and a T-shirt for all cyclists.
