Lost Children Service
Provided by volunteers from the Girl Guides of Canada, Scouts Canada and St. John Ambulance (Region 07, Outaouais). To find the Lost Children Service, look for a sign with a teddy bear on it. We suggest that you talk to your children about this service and register them immediately when you arrive at a site.

Lost and Found
Articles of value:

Please bring any found articles of value to an information kiosk, and the NCC will turn them over to the police. If you have to claim a lost article, please contact your local police station.

Articles of lesser value:

Lost and found boxes for less valuable articles will be available next to the information kiosks at Major’s Hill Park, Parliament Hill and Jacques-Cartier Park.

First Aid
First aid services are provided at each official site by volunteers from St. John Ambulance (Federal District and Region 07, Outaouais) and the Canadian Red Cross (Ottawa-Carleton Branch).

People With Special Needs
All official sites are accessible for people with special needs.

Drop-Off Areas (No Parking):

Parliament Hill (Bank Street at Wellington)*
Volunteers will be on hand to provide assistance if needed between 10 am and 2 pm, and between 6 pm and 10:30 pm.
Major’s Hill Park: MacKenzie Avenue at St. Patrick Street (Ottawa)*
Jacques-Cartier Park: Saint-Étienne Street at Laurier Street (Gatineau)*
(A small area* near the main stage will be available for people who use wheelchairs.)

* Space is limited: One companion only, please.

RF Receivers for hearing impaired persons

For main stage performances at each official site, an induction loop system for persons with hearing impairment is available at the information kiosk (photo identification required).

Starting at 10 pm, OC Transpo and STO regular networks will be free of charge.

Free shuttle between Jacques-Cartier Park (Gatineau) and Major’s Hill Park (Ottawa).
Stop locations:

Gatineau — On Laurier Street, in front of Jacques-Cartier Park
Major’s Hill Park — On St. Patrick Street, between the National Gallery of Canada and Major’s Hill Park

All OC Transpo buses providing VIA Rail Canada Shuttle services are fully accessible.
