Welcome to the OttawaKiosk.com and Sterling Ford "OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE" Contest. No purchase necessary. Entrants, must be 19 years of age or older, be a Canadian citizen, an Ottawa area resident, and hold a valid drivers license to be eligible to win the "OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE" Contest.

Please fill out the following form below. If your name is drawn, you will be notified by email and will have up to 24 hours to respond before a new name is drawn, so make sure to provide an email address that you use frequently. Please fill out the following form below completely. Contest winners MUST have their photograph taken by OttawaKiosk.com upon prize pick-up to be eligible for the contest. Make sure to become a fan of our Ottawa Events Facebook page, where you can get updates of Ottawa's latest Events and Contest. If you have a twitter account be sure to follow us on twitter and re-tweet our events/contests to your friends
