Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute has evolved from a small 19th century Parisian culinary school to an international culinary network with more than 30 schools across five continents. Our schools are located in culinary centers around the world including the North American hub, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. Located in Canada's capital, Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa operates out of a Tudor style heritage mansion which is equipped with five state-of-the-art kitchens. Classes are taught by our team of highly skilled, classically trained French chefs who emphasize the rich heritage of French cuisine but also encourage students to develop their own palate, style and culinary knowledge in a unique, multicultural learning environment. In addition to the Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute, we also run our in-house restaurant Le Cordon Bleu Signatures Restaurant, from the same facility. Specializing in fine classic French cuisine with a modern twist, our food is indicative of our organization as it is innovative, achieves superior quality and is internationally celebrated. Le Cordon Bleu Signatures Restaurant was awarded a Five Diamond rating from the Canadian/American Automobile Association (CAA/AAA), signifying world-class excellence in every aspect including ingredients, presentation and service.
