Once Upon A Wish
A fairy-tale themed Mother-Daughter Event
 
On Saturday, March 13th, join some of the students from Algonquin College’s Event Management program in raising funds for the Children’s Wish Foundation.  The funds raised from this event will go towards granting wishes for children who are faced with life threatening illnesses.
 
This fairy-tale themed event for mothers and their daughters aged four to ten will offer a variety of activities including manicures, hairstyling, cookie decorating, caricature sketches, a cardboard castle, and many more.  Our event will feature a variety of finger foods and our signature mocktail “Princess Punch”.  This day will be filled with magical activities that will allow both mother and daughter to feel special.  This event is also open to Grandmother’s, Aunts, Sisters, etc. and of course little princes are also welcome.
 
Please join us on Saturday, March 13th at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 480 located at 391 Richmond Road.  Tickets are $5 per child and $10 per adult and all funds raised go towards the Children’s Wish Foundation.  Included in the ticket price is admission into the event and some of the activities.  Other activities will be available for a small fee.  For more information on the event and to purchase tickets, please email onceuponawish@live.ca , or call Laura Conway at 613-265-2959.
