Dreamscape
Acres (Horse Rescue)
Eleanor Lorden and Serge Bisaillon
1280 Route 500 W.
Casselman, ON K0A 1M0
Tel: 613-764-5636
Web Site: http://dreamscapeacres.blogspot.com
Dreamscape Acres is a 50 acre farm west of Casselman, Ontario.
We rescue horses from auctions, sale barns, and the meat man as
time, space and money permit. Some horses are 'owner surrenders'
when the owner no longer wants to care for them. We rehabilitate
the horses and put them up for adoption (where possible) to approved
homes. Many of our rescued horses are older or have been neglected,
so the vet is a regular visitor, as is the farrier.
Although Dreamscape Acres is not yet a registered Not-For-Profit
or charitable organization, we make no profit from the adoption
or sponsorship fees. All monies raised go directly to feed, vet
and farrier bills and to rescue more horses.
If you are interested in adopting or sponsoring a rescued horse,
please contact Eleanor at 613-764-5636. See http://dreamscapeacres.blogspot.com
for more details on sponsoring or adopting a horse or pony and for
stories about life on the farm. |
