Crack Repairs / Waterproofing

We will excavate area needed. Repair any cracks with hydraulic cement. Install Blueskin over crack area and waterproof entire excavated area using a Platon Membrane. Check weeping tile if present for proper drainage. Replace weeping tile that is exposed and backfill with 3/4 clear stone for optimal drainage. Return landsape to original or better condition.

Weeping tile flush and replacement

If weeping tile is not draining efficiently or is blocked we can have the tile inspected and/or flushed to try to remove any blockage for proper drainage.

Window Well Instalations

If you have a high grade around your windows or water leaking in over the sill, you are in need for a window well instalation. We will excavate under your window down to the weeping tile or drainage gravel above weeping tile. Install a window well to the correct size of window and the proper grade. Then we will backfill the excavated area with clear stone for optimal drainage.

Sump Pumps

We can update your sump pump or install a new pump if required. Please call for your free estimate.

Dry Wells

If you need to control some water around your house or building eg. downspouts, sump pump discharge etc... We can give you the correct size of well for the amount of intake of water. (soil condition analyst may be required)
