Jack Pantalone

Jack Pantalone has been practicing family law in Ottawa for 20 years. Although
he has a settlement-oriented approach to resolving cases, he has extensive court
experience and has represented clients at motions, trials and appeals, on all
issues. He has conducted many trials on both parenting and financial issues,
including divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, property disputes,
and variation applications. He negotiates and drafts domestic contracts, including
Separation Agreements, Marriage Contracts, Cohabitation Agreements, and Paternity
Agreements.
His goal has always been and remains, to assist clients during
the difficult and emotional time of a separation. He seeks to
provide quality yet affordable legal services to individuals involved
in family law cases; essentially, to provide solutions and results
in a cost-effective and timely manner, whether through negotiated
settlements or, if necessary, in court proceedings.
In addition to his law practice, Jack is a family mediator, assisting
couples in reaching out of court settlements and helping them avoid
the significant financial and emotional cost associated with going
to court.
