An elegant Carnivale-type atmosphere will greet our guests at the door,
with a balloon artist, tarot card reader and Psychic Michelle in attendance.
A 3-course meal will follow at 7:30pm, tables being entertained by
The Magic of Diego. Here is our menu, being provided by Tulips &
Maple Catering:
- Twisted Caesar Salad: grilled Romaine spears, shaved Asiago cheese,
garlic crouton fingers with house-made sun dried tomato Caesar dressing
- Main entree: Basil and roasted garlic breast of grilled chicken,
served with marinated goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and olives
- Entree accompaniments: Chef's pick of steamed vegetables with herbed
mustard seed, lemon vinaigretts and buttermilk, roasted garlic and
rosemary mashed potatoes
- Sweet Ending: White European chocolate mousse and raspberry tart.
Served with coffee sauce and white chocolate curls.
The main show will begin after dessert and will feature Canada's Premier
Comedic Hypnotist. His one hour show will amaze and astound the audience
as the person sitting next to them suddenly feels the need to moo like
a cow.
Both a silent auction and 50/50 draw will take place throughout
the evening. Tickets are $75 and available only in advance (Cash or
