Sussex Drive
A tour along Sussex Drive is
a must on any visit to Ottawa. It is one of the oldest streets in
the city, and the section filled with stately homes and embassies has been
called the "Mile of History". Many of the businesses that used to
line it during the last century still stand, but they have been renovated
and now house exclusive shops, stores and galleries. It is along
this street that you will find the Prime Minister's residence (at number
24), Rideau Hall and City Hall. |
